In a rapid change of Office 365, Microsoft sends to Tenant Admin’s the news about what is changing and what is coming in Office 365.

This is the 419th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

Microsoft 365 Message center provided a weekly digest of Microsoft service updates from June 9, 2025, to June 15, 2025.

Major updates include the retirement of SharePoint Framework Field Customizers by June 30, 2026, and the need for resharing content with external users after enabling Microsoft SharePoint integration with Microsoft Entra B2B by July 1, 2025.

Microsoft Teams will introduce app-centric management for app installation starting late July 2024, and the ability to forward app cards in messages by late June 2025.

Microsoft 365 Copilot will allow file uploads as knowledge sources and admin controls starting mid-June 2025.

Exchange Online will retire Basic Auth for Client Submission (SMTP AUTH) by April 30, 2026.

Microsoft Teams will enable sending messages to attendees in the meeting lobby starting mid-June 2025.

The June 2025 Windows security update is now available.

Microsoft Viva Engage’s External Networks must migrate to a new platform by June 15, 2025.

Outlook Web and New Outlook for Windows will block.library-ms and.search-ms file types starting early July 2025.

Microsoft Purview is updating audit log messages for role group membership changes in August 2025.

Additional updates include new features and improvements in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, and Microsoft Outlook.
