Microsoft 365 Message center shared Microsoft 365 service announcements for October 26–November 1, 2026, covering upcoming security, compliance, collaboration, and AI feature changes.

Time-sensitive actions include preparing for Canadian time-zone changes effective November 1; replacing AI Builder credits by November 1; migrating cross-tenant Free/Busy, MailTips, and Calendar Sharing from EWS; and notifying users that SharePoint Server access in mobile apps ends November 27.

Plan authentication changes before Microsoft-provided SMS and voice services retire February 1, 2027, and migrate Defender Advanced Hunting API workflows by January 31, 2027. Separate Copilot retention policies will also be needed starting mid-January 2027; Purview’s classic DSPM experiences retire by late March 2027.

Other updates include Teams meeting AI memory files beginning January 2027, several Teams and Copilot features rolling out from November 2026, and Power Apps Copilot formula and control-renaming features ending December 11, 2026.
