In a rapid change of Office 365, Microsoft sends to Tenant Admin’s the news about what is changing and what is coming in Office 365.

 

This is the 374th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

The email thread contains a weekly digest of Microsoft service updates, including changes to the minimum iOS system requirements for Outlook for iOS and the retirement of certain features in Microsoft SharePoint.
Other updates include the retirement of the Dictation feature in Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android, changes to Entitlement Management, and updates to Microsoft SharePoint News templates.
Additionally, new roles for accessing Microsoft Purview AI Hub will be available for Microsoft E5 or Compliance E5 license holders, and Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android will support choosing fonts while composing.
The email also mentions updates to Microsoft Teams, including the introduction of a tenant-wide policy for permission to download meeting transcripts and the requirement for explicit transcription consent for meetings.
Other updates include the integration of legal holds with Microsoft Purview for Microsoft Teams, the introduction of automatic location updates on bookable desks, and the renaming of the “Files” tab in Chat to “Shared” with new features.
