Power BI’s “Visualize the List” and “Visualize the Library” features in SharePoint Online will retire between mid-November and mid-December 2025; users should transition to supported alternatives.

Legacy TLS cipher suites will be deprecated in Microsoft 365 services on October 20, 2025; organizations must update systems to maintain connectivity and compliance.

Microsoft Teams private channels will transition to group compliance, with increased limits and required admin policy updates by September 20, 2025; migration starts October 2025.

Support for Office 2016, Office 2019, Visio 2016/2019, and Project 2016/2019 ends October 14, 2025; upgrades are recommended to avoid security and compliance risks.

Outlook Web Access and new Outlook will remove the ‘Mobile devices’ settings page by November 6, 2025; users must use alternative device management tools.

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams are receiving new features, including Copilot Chat integration, Channel Agent, and enhanced admin controls, with various rollouts starting from September to December 2025.

Microsoft Viva and SharePoint are launching new AI-powered features, including audio briefings, Knowledge Agent, and updated analytics, with several features requiring a Copilot license.

Microsoft Purview introduces new compliance, eDiscovery, and security features, with some requiring action before October 31, 2025, such as linking an Azure subscription for inline protection in Edge for Business.

Teams Town Hall will replace Live Events, and Teams is introducing new device, call, and event invite management features, with important changes rolling out through 2026.

Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line (WMIC) will be removed in Windows 11 version 25H2; PowerShell is recommended as an alternative.
