Microsoft has announced that Yammer production services will move into Microsoft managed datacenters on May 16th, 2015. This is a significant milestone which brings increased capacity and compliance to Yammer, along with the full support of Microsoft Datacenter teams. As part of our move, you should note two things:
• There will be scheduled downtime between 9am PDT to 1pm PDT on Saturday, May 16th. During this four hour window, Yammer will be unavailable. Please plan accordingly for this downtime.
• The Yammer service will fall under the following IPv4 subnet: 134.170.148.0/22. If your organization restricts computers on your network from connecting to the Internet, you will need to update the IP outbound allow list for Yammer’s new subnetwork to ensure continued access to Yammer.
