Sharing your calendar in Outlook Web App
If you have an Office 365 or other Microsoft Exchange account, you can use Outlook Web App to share your calendar with people inside or outside your organization. When you share your calendar with someone inside your organization, they will be able to add it directly to their calendar view in Outlook or Outlook Web App. Depending on the permission you give them, they’ll be able to view your calendar, to edit it, or to act as your delegate for meeting requests. People outside your organization will be sent a URL that they can use to view your calendar.

How to decide whether to use Outlook or Outlook Web App
There are two main ways people do their email with Office 365, Outlook and Outlook Web App. So how do you decide which to use? Outlook is the desktop client that has the most features. However, for many organizations and individuals, the web-based Outlook Web App (which is part of Office 365) may meet all your email needs. Others may need the additional features of Outlook.

Using Outlook Web App offline
Offline access lets you use Outlook Web App on your laptop or desktop computer when you’re not connected to the Internet. After you’ve enabled offline access, Outlook Web App will work in an offline mode as needed depending on your network connection. When you’re online, Outlook Web App will automatically update the offline information. To use offline access, you need at least Internet Explorer 10, Safari 5, or Chrome 24.

A Microsoft Office 365 user says that the time zone setting in Microsoft Outlook Web App is incorrect. Instead of being set to the user’s current time zone, the time zone setting is set to (UTC) Monrovia, Reykjavik.

Outlook Web App opens in the light version when it’s used in Office 365 even though the user has a supported web browser
When a user opens Outlook Web App in a Microsoft Office 365 environment, Outlook Web App opens only in the light version. Exchange Customer Performance Analyzer
ECPA is a PII free and an extensible tool to collect network diagnostics from end user machine to O365 data centers. The tool is to be run from customer location to better understand the cause of latencies (if any) and to collect and upload all the diagnostic data to Microsoft (Client GUID is provided for reference). ECPA does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data but it does need to know the physical datacenter location of the user’s mailbox, which is running the test. Once the right location is identified, the tool runs a series of performance related tests. Any valid O365 credentials can be used to login.
