This is the 408th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

Microsoft 365 Message center announced various updates and changes to Microsoft services from March 24, 2025, to March 30, 2025.

Major updates include retiring the ‘Document name matches patterns’ condition in Purview Data Loss Prevention for Endpoint, app-centric management for Microsoft Teams, and delayed release of Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in Outlook.

Other updates cover changes to Exposure Management Recommendations, enabling/disabling new Outlook for Windows and web, forwarding messages with app cards in Microsoft Teams, and inclusion of Microsoft Viva Insights in the Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

Additional updates include unified management of Teams apps, changes to Microsoft 365 Copilot web app on mobile browsers, retiring language codes in Microsoft Viva Glint, and new service Org Explorer in Microsoft 365 subscription.

Important dates and deadlines mentioned include mid-May to mid-June 2025 for retiring the ‘Document name matches patterns’ condition, late March 2025 for delayed Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in Outlook, and various rollout periods for other updates.
