In a rapid change of Office 365, Microsoft sends to Tenant Admin’s the news about what is changing and what is coming in Office 365.

This is the 440th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

Resume “Summary” from Microsoft 365 Copilot:

Microsoft 365 Message center announced major updates and retirements for Microsoft 365 services, including Windows 10 ESU activation steps, new Copilot features, and multiple Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook enhancements rolling out from November 2025 through early 2026.

Important dates include retirements for App-V packaging (Jan 13, 2026), Visio Data Visualizer (Dec 8, 2025 & Mar 2, 2026), and SharePoint SendEmail API (Oct 31, 2025); new features for Copilot, Teams, Viva, and Purview begin rolling out mid-November 2025, with several reaching general availability by January–March 2026.

Admin action is required for some updates, such as enabling SharePoint eSignature in Türkiye, updating firewall allowlists by Dec 2, 2025, and transitioning to Click-to-Run for Microsoft 365 Apps before Jan 13, 2026.

Several features are enabled by default and require no admin action, but user and helpdesk communication is recommended for changes affecting workflows, notifications, and security controls.

Unresolved issues include the paused rollout of Viva Engage notifications and the need for organizations to review configurations for upcoming retirements and new security policies
