In a rapid change of Office 365, Microsoft sends to Tenant Admin’s the news about what is changing and what is coming in Office 365.

This is the 459th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

Resume “Summary” from Microsoft 365 Copilot:

Microsoft 365 Message center announced major updates and new features for Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Purview, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Edge for Business, with many enhancements rolling out between March and July 2026.

Critical deadlines include blocking EWS requests to Exchange Online starting October 1, 2026, InfoPath Forms retirement on July 14, 2026, and required DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate updates by March 23, 2026 to avoid email disruption.

New features include Copilot voice chat, infinite scroll for chat history, custom AI summaries in Teams Meeting Recap, enhanced DLP integrations, and improved security and compliance capabilities across services.

Admins should prepare for changes in deployment channels, sensitivity label support, policy enforcement, and governance for Loop workspaces, as well as review new admin controls for Copilot Pages and security integrations.

Unresolved issues include the paused rollout of Teams apps in Private Channels and pending updates for Copilot app automatic installation.
