In a rapid change of Office 365, Microsoft sends to Tenant Admin’s the news about what is changing and what is coming in Office 365.

This is the 436th email that Microsoft has sent to Tenant Admin’s Newsletter with Office 365 changes.

Resume “Summary” from Microsoft 365 Copilot:

Microsoft 365 Message center announced major updates and new features across Microsoft 365, including the Viva Copilot Analytics Agent Dashboard (preview Nov 2025, GA Feb 2026), real-time voice in Copilot (from Sep 2025), and enhanced Copilot meeting preparation in Outlook (mid-Oct to Nov 2025).
Several features are rolling out or reaching general availability in October and November 2025, such as Power Platform Virtual Network support, new Teams admin APIs, enhanced audit logs, and improved threat detection in Defender for Cloud Apps.
Important deadlines include Windows 11 23H2 end of servicing on Nov 11, 2025, retirement of UKG/Blue Yonder connectors in Teams Shifts on Nov 14, 2025, and access ending for non-native Viva Engage networks on Oct 13, 2025.
Admins should review and update policies for new features (e.g., Teams Shared Channel apps, Copilot agent management, Power Platform permissions enforcement on Nov 1, 2025), and prepare for planned Power Platform maintenance (Oct 12-13, 2025).
Some features have been delayed or canceled, such as the Viva Insights Power BI report for Copilot agent metrics, while others require no immediate admin action but may need user communication or documentation updates.
Unresolved issues include the need for organizations to verify and upgrade legacy Viva Engage networks, transition from retired connectors, and ensure correct activation keys for Windows 10 ESU.
